Constitution articles
1
Article 1: Name
The organization shall be called 'ALL INDIA POWER ENGINEERS FEDERATION' (AIPEF), registered under Societies Act XXI of 1860.

Article 2: Registered Office
The registered office of the Federation shall be situated at New Delhi, which may be changed by resolution of the Federal Executive.

Article 3: Objectives
To provide a forum for formulating guidelines for coordinated development of power in the best interest of the nation and welfare of power engineers.

Bylaws & Rules
Membership Rules
- Application for membership must be sponsored by two existing members
- Membership fee must be paid within 30 days of approval
- Members must update contact details annually
- Code of conduct violations may lead to suspension
Meeting Procedures
- Notice for meetings must be sent 15 days in advance
- Minutes must be circulated within 7 days
- Proxy voting allowed with written authorization
- Video conferencing permitted for remote participation
Financial Rules
- Expenses above ₹50,000 need Federal Executive approval
- Annual budget must be approved at AGM
- Utilization certificates required for all grants
- Investment decisions need Finance Committee approval
